1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and ck32 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ck32 online gaming platform accessible at https://ck32.org. By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or accepting any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ck32 platform and close your account. ck32 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on ck32, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ck32 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by or for any person under 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• 2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for any third party, and not operating an account on behalf of another individual.
• 3You must have a valid Bangladeshi mobile number to which you have sole and exclusive access, as this number is used for account verification and security purposes.
• 4You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or account restriction previously imposed by ck32, and must not be accessing the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on ck32. The following rules govern account creation and ongoing account security obligations.

• 1You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• 2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). ck32 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• 3You must notify ck32 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. ck32 may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of a reported security incident.
• 4ck32 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
• 5You must not allow any other person to access or use your ck32 account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of the account without refund.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ck32 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ck32 does not charge a processing fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which ck32 accepts no responsibility.
• 2Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (reverse payment rule). Withdrawals to a different payment method may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at ck32's sole discretion.
• 3ck32 is not responsible for any delays in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals that are attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network outages outside of ck32's control.
• 4ck32 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at ck32's discretion. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance measure.
• 5Deposits made in error or credited incorrectly must be reported to ck32 support within 24 hours. Retention or use of funds known to have been incorrectly credited constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ck32 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• 1All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional window stated at the time of the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated after expiry.
• 2Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of offer.
• 3ck32 reserves the right to cancel or void any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit that it determines has been claimed or used in abuse of the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the bonus terms.
• 4Only one welcome bonus is available per eligible new player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ck32 are operated in accordance with applicable game rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

7. Responsible Gaming

• 1Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion by contacting ck32 support via live chat or email. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and no deposits or wagers will be accepted.
• 2Players may request deposit limits or session time limits at any time by contacting ck32 support. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a previously set limit requires a cooling-off period of 7 days before it becomes effective.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck32 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• 1Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or under any alias, fictitious identity, or third-party identity.
• 2Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, generate fraudulent bets, or circumvent security systems.
• 3Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the ck32 platform, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• 4Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including through coordinated betting, chip dumping, or any form of match-fixing or odds manipulation.
• 5Abusing the ck32 support team, including through threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communications directed at support staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ck32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder has provided false registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon permanent account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ck32 is entitled to void all pending wagers, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately the player's own deposited funds (not bonus funds or fraud proceeds), ck32 will make reasonable efforts to return those funds to the verified payment source, minus any applicable deductions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck32 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform.

ck32's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck32 platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of ck32 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of ck32 platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Privacy

ck32 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the site footer.

13. Amendments to Terms

ck32 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the ck32 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
